Capturing Shots With Fixed Settings After you have enabled fixed settings as described in the section above, follow these steps: 1 Turn the camera dial to . 2 Press the button next to the exposure setting to change the exposure mode to Fixed Settings. NOTE For detailed instructions on taking pictures, see Chapter 2. Your camera processes the picture and saves its settings. Then you see a settings confirmation screen: 3 Center your subject on the screen, then press the shutter button halfway down to lock the auto focus and exposure. You see a green circle on the screen when the camera locks the settings. 4 Press the shutter button the rest of the way down to take the picture. Adjusting Exposure and Color Settings 5 Press the button next to Yes to save the settings, or press the button next to No if you don't want to save them (repeat the steps above to fix new settings). You return to the View screen. After you save the settings, you can do the following before taking more pictures: ◗ Press the button under FixSet Info to see the settings you have saved. After you have enabled fixed settings as described in the
section above, follow these steps:

Turn the camera dial to
