Paper Handling > Loading Paper 1 Open the multipurpose tray. When loading paper sizes 12×18" and from A3 to B4 and Ledger to Legal, extend the support tray section of the multipurpose tray until the "Δ" mark is fully appeared. 2 Adjust the multipurpose tray size. Paper sizes are marked on the multipurpose tray. 3 Load paper. Insert the paper along the paper width guides into the tray until it stops. After removing new paper from its packaging, fan the paper before loading it in the multipurpose tray. Precautions on Paper (page 7-8) 7-29
