Ink Container Replacement (page 17-10) 2 In case that no improvement is observed, then go to next step. 4 Check print coverage The print mode is not set correctly when printing an original with high coverage on inkjet matte paper. 1 Select [High Print Coverage Mode] to print an original with high coverage on inkjet matte paper. Inkjet Matte Paper Action (page 15-20) 2 In case that no improvement is observed, then go to next step. 5 Check paper You are printing a high coverage image on paper with low moisture absorbency. 1 Change to a paper with high moisture absorbency, such as thick paper. 2 In case that no improvement is observed, then go to next step. 6 Check media setting Thick paper setting is selected for normal paper and landing accuracy get worse because the gap, throw distance is wider than it should be. 19-7
