Troubleshooting > Troubleshooting When Feeding Paper 2 Select [Reduce Multifeed]. Check the operation and if the phenomenon is not solved, change to [Reduce Multifeed (Maximum)]. NOTE If you change the paper type after setting, change the setting suitable for that paper. 3 In case that no improvement is observed, contact your dealer or service representative. No feed occurs frequently in Paper Feeder 1 Check paper Paper separating is not enough. 1 Separate paper well and load it with lead side trail. Or cutting surface get crushed. 1 Remove the waved or crushed paper and load the paper with lead side trail.
