Function Description Paper Selection Collate/Offset Paper Output Staple/Punch Combine Duplex Margin/Centering Page # Booklet File Name Entry Job Finish Notice EcoPrint Priority Override Select the cassette or multipurpose tray that contains the required paper size. Offsets the output by page or set. Specify the output tray. Staples or punches printed documents. Combines 2 or 4 original sheets into 1 printed page. Prints 1-sided or open book originals to 2-sided, or 2-sided or open book originals to 1-sided. Margin: Add margins (white space). In addition, you can set the margin width and the back page margin. Centering: Centers the original image on the paper when copying onto paper different from the original size. Adds page numbers to the finished documents. Print document so that it can be folded into a single booklet, with a cover. Adds a file name. Sends E-mail notice when a job is complete. It is also available that send a notice when a job is interrupted. EcoPrint saves ink when printing. Use this function for test prints or any other occasion when high quality print is not required. Suspends the current job and gives a new job top priority.
