Using Various Functions > About Functions Collate/Offset Org./Paper Copy /Finishing Custom Functions Box Offsets the output by page or set. Item Off Collate On Image USB Functions Memory Description Scans multiple originals and delivers complete sets of copies as required according to page number. Offset Each Without Document Finisher (Option) Page Printed copies are produced after each page. NOTE To use offsetting, the same size of paper as the selected paper tray must be loaded in a different orientation in a different paper tray. The paper sizes supported in Offset: A4, B5, Letter and 16K. Offset Each With Document Finisher (Option) Set Printed copies are segregated after each set of copies (or after each page). NOTE • The optional Document Finisher is required. 4,000-sheet Finisher (DF-9100) (page 20-13) • The paper sizes supported in Offset: A3, A4, B4, B5, 216×340 mm, Letter, Legal, Ledger, Oficio II, 8K and 16K. ID Card Copy Org./Paper Copy /Finishing Use this when you want to copy a driver's license or an insurance card.
