Settings Adjusting the Phone'sVolume Settings Adjust your phone's volume settings to suit your needs and your environment. 1. Highlight and press Volume. > Settings > Sounds > 2. Select Ringer, Earpiece, Speakerphone, Keytones, Messages,Alarm&Scheduler,Applications,Alerts or PowerOn/Off. 3. Using the navigation key, choose a volume level and press . Tip You can adjust the ringer volume in standby mode (or the earpiece volume during a call) by using the volume keys on the left side of your phone. Selecting a Vibrate Type Your phone provides a variety of vibration options. You can assign vibration types to individual Contact entries, types of calls, types of messages, and alarm & scheduler. 1. Highlight and press Vibrate Type. >Settings > Sounds > 2. Select IncomingCalls,Messages, or Alarm & Scheduler. 3. Use your navigation key to scroll through the available vibration types. A sample vibration will be made as you highlight each option. Alert Notification Set your phone to alert you with an audible tone when you change service areas, once a minute during a voice call, or when a call has been connected. 1.
