For information about SNMPv3 notification behavior and the difference between traps and informs, see the following tutorial: http://www.netsnmp.org/tutorial/tutorial-5/commands/snmptrap-v3.html To use type inform, the SNMP manager must also support inform messages. Username is the SNMP v3 security name, as defined in VACM settings. Security level can be:  NoAuth,NoPriv - no authentication or privacy protocol  Auth,NoPriv - has authentication (MD5|SHA), no privacy protocol  Auth,Priv - has authentication (MD5|SHA), and has privacy protocol (DES|AES). If Auth,NoPriv or Auth,Priv are selected, additionals fields will be displayed. Enter the authentication and privacy protocol details as needed. Defines the v1 or v2c community string to be used when sending traps. Defines the IP address and port that the trap should be sent to. Typically, this could be localhost:162 or the IP and port of the SNMP manager. The well known SNMP Trap port is port 162.
