For configuration details, see UMTS/GPRS/EV-DO Cellular.  Keepalive Requests is similar to LCP echo failure threshold.  Checkup Interval is similar to Inactivity timeout.  L2TP does not include fields for LCP echo interval or Host-Uniq tag content.
