4. CONNECTING OPTIONS 4. ANSCHLIESSEN VON OPTIONEN The options include the operation panel, pedal for standing operation and the material edge sensor. Refer to "1.6 Connecting the operation panel" on page 10 for the operation panel connection methods. Refer to each respective instruction manual for details on the options. Touching areas where high voltages are present can result in severe injury. A Caution . Do not clamp the cords inside the control box when closing the cover. A Warnung Warten Sie nach dem Ausschalten des Netzschalters mindestens 3 Minuten, bevor Sie die Schaltkastenabdeckung offnen. Weil Hochspannung vorhanden ist, besteht bei Beruhrung von Teilen eine hohe Verletzungsgefahr. A A Vorsicht Klemmen Sie beim SchlieRen der Schaltkastenabdeckung nicht die Kabel ein. * A variable-speed pedal (J80081-040 or J80380-040) can be connected. a. Loosen the screw 0, and remove the treadle unit 0. b. Connect the 9-pin connector 0 from the pedal for standing operation to the 9-pin connector 0 on the control box as shown in the illustration. c. Next, disconnect the synchronizer cord 0, remove the screw 0, and open the cover 0 toward you. d. Insert the foot plug 0 into the inner side of the 9-pin connector 0 on the control box and into the circuit board P3 con- nector 0 as shown in the illustration. e. Tighten the round crimp terminal (ground terminal) tD branched from the foot plug 0 onto the screw hole 0 on the control box with screw e. f. Confirm that none of the connectors are loose, close the cover 0, tighten the screw 0, and insert the synchronizer con- nector 0. g. Tighten screw 0 and install the treadle unit 0. * Ein Pedal fur die Steuerung der Nahgeschwindigkeit (J80081-040 oder J80380-040) kann angeschlossen werden. a. Losen Sie die Schraube 0 und entfernen Sie die Pedaleinheit 0. b. Den 9 poligen Stecker 0 von dem Pedal fOr stehenden Betrieb an den 9 poligen Stecker 0 am Schaltkasten anschlie- Ren, wie es in der Abbildung dargestellt ist. c. Danach das Synchronisatorkabel 0 abtrennen, die Schraube 0 entfernen und die Abdeckung 0 gegen sich offnen. d. Den FuRstecker 0 in die Innenseite des 9 poligen Steckers 0 am Schaltkasten und in den Stecker 0 der Schaltplatine P3 einstecken, wie es in der Abbildung dargestellt ist. e. Die vom FuRstecker 0 abgezweigte runde Klemme (Erdungsklemme) 0 mit der Schraube 0 in dem Schraubenloch an dem Schaltkasten befestigen. f. Darauf achten, dag alle Stecker richtig angesteckt sind, die Abdeckung 0 schlieRen, die Schraube 0 festziehen und den Synchrinisatorstecker 0 einstecken. g.
