The manual power and channel changes override the settings configured in the AP profile (including automatic channel selection) and take effect immediately. The manual channel and power assignments are not retained when the AP is reset or if the profile is reapplied to the AP, such as when the AP disassociates and reassociates with the switch. Figure 309: Advanced AP Management Each AP managed by the Unified Switch is listed by its MAC address and location. The location is based on the value in the RADIUS or local Valid AP database. Table 273 describes the Advanced features you can configure for the AP. Field MAC Address Location Debug Radio Channel Power Table 273: Advanced AP Management Description Shows the MAC address of the AP. To help you troubleshoot, you can enable Telnet access to the AP so that you can debug the device from the CLI.
