Software User Manual 12/10/09 D-Link Unified Access System Field Age Table 297: Associated Client Status Summary Description Indicates the amount of time that has passed since this client first authenticated with the network. Viewing Detailed Associated Client Status For each client associated with an AP that the switch manages, you can view detailed status information about the client and its association with the access point. Use the menu above the table to select the MAC address of the client with the information to view. Figure 322: Associated Client Status Detail Table 298 describes the information available on the Detail page for the associated client status. Field SSID BSSID AP MAC Address Status Channel User Name Inactive Period Age Dot11n Capable Table 298: Detailed Associated Client Status Description Indicates the network on which the client is connected. Indicates the Ethernet MAC address for the managed AP VAP where this client is associated. This field indicates the base AP Ethernet MAC address for the managed AP. Indicates whether or not the client has associated and/or authenticated. The valid values are: • Associated: The client is current associated to the managed AP. • Authenticated: The client is currently associated and authenticated to the managed AP. • Disassociated: The client has disassociated from the managed AP, if the client does not roam to another managed AP within the client roam timeout, it will be deleted. Indicates the operating channel for the client association. Indicates the user name of client that have authenticated via 802.1X. Clients on networks with other security modes will not have a user name. This field shows the amount of time since data packets were last received from the client Indicates the amount of time that has passed since the switch received new status or statistics updates for this client.
