Common Problems/Troubleshooting Tips for Databases • SD Cards - The supplied SD cards, and most commercially available SD cards, have a small sliding tab located on the top left of the card (when viewing the card label-side up). Foreword Getting Started Xpdr Ctrl - When the sliding tab is in the Down position (as in farther away from Com/Nav the gold contacts on the back of the card), you will not be able to write data to the card, as it will be write protected. FPL - The tab must be in the Up position to work correctly. Direct-To • Card Programmer - If a card programmer is having trouble finding or writing data to Proc the SD cards, you may have to upgrade to a High Capacity SD card programmer. Wpt Info - SD cards with a capacity of 4GB are considered high capacity. Map - Most non-high capacity card programmers will not work with a high capacity SD card.
