Troubleshooting MP Tray Follow the steps below to clear paper jams in the MP tray. Paper misfeed. JAM 00 1 Open left cover 1. 1.Remove paper. 2.Open duplex unit A1 and paper feed guide B1 to remove any paper. 3.Remove any paper from the multi purpose tray. 4.Open cassette 1.
