errdisable recovery Chapter 2 IE 3000 Switch Cisco IOS Commands errdisable recovery Use the errdisable recovery global configuration command to configure the recover mechanism variables. Enable the timer to recover from all error-disabled causes. Enable the timer to recover from the bridge protocol data unit (BPDU) guard error-disabled state. Enable the timer to recover from the EtherChannel misconfiguration error-disabled state. Enable the timer to recover from the DHCP snooping error-disabled state. Enable the timer to recover from the Dynamic Trunking Protocol (DTP) flap error-disabled state. Enable the timer to recover from an invalid Gigabit Interface Converter (GBIC) module error-disabled state. Note On the IE 3000 switch, this error refers to an invalid small form-factor pluggable (SFP) error-disabled state. Enable error detection for inline-power. Enable the timer to recover from the link-flap error-disabled state. Enable the timer to recover from a loopback error-disabled state. Enable the timer to recover from the Port Aggregation Protocol (PAgP)-flap error-disabled state. Enable the timer to recover from a port security violation disable state. Enable the timer to recover from an IEEE 802.1x-violation disabled state. Enable error detection on an SFP configuration mismatch. Enable the timer to recover from the UniDirectional Link Detection (UDLD) error-disabled state. Enable the timer to recover from the VLAN Membership Policy Server (VMPS) error-disabled state. Specify the time to recover from the specified error-disabled state. The range is 30 to 86400 seconds. The same interval is applied to all causes. The default interval is 300 seconds. Note The error-disabled recovery timer is initialized at a random differential from the configured interval value.
