Chapter 2 IE 3000 Switch Cisco IOS Commands show alarm profile show alarm profile Use the show alarm profile user EXEC command to display all alarm profiles configured in the system or the specified profile and the interfaces to which each profile is attached. show alarm profile [name] [ | {begin | exclude | include} expression] Syntax Description name | begin | exclude | include expression (Optional) Display only the profile with the specified name. (Optional) Display begins with the line that matches the expression. (Optional) Display excludes lines that match the expression. (Optional) Display includes lines that match the specified expression. Expression in the output to use as a reference point. Usage Guidelines If you do not enter a profile name, the display includes the profile information for all existing alarm profiles. This command does not display the default configuration settings. The defaultPort profile is applied by default to all interfaces. This profile enables only the Port Not Operating (3) alarm. You can use the alarm profile defaultPort global configuration command and modify this profile to enable other alarms. Expressions are case sensitive. For example, if you enter | exclude output, the lines that contain output do not appear, but the lines that contain Output appear. Examples These are examples of output from the show alarm profile command. This output displays all ports that are attached to the configured profiles.
