You can turn Bluetooth on or off via the phone settings.

Open the Notifications panel, and then touch

Bluetooth
On/Off switch to turn it on and off.
Note:
Turn off Bluetooth when not in use to conserve battery power, or in places where

Change the Phone Name
The phone name identifies your phone when using Bluetooth.
