Chapter 21 Bandwidth Management The following table describes the labels in this screen Table 71 Bandwidth Management Rule Configuration: User-defined Service LABEL BW Budget DESCRIPTION Select Maximum Bandwidth or Minimum Bandwidth and specify the maximum or minimum bandwidth allowed for the rule in kilobits per second. Destination Address Range Enter the IP address range of the destination computer. The NBG applies bandwidth management to the service or application that is entering this computer. Destination Port Range This is the port number of the destination that define the traffic type, for example TCP port 80 defines web traffic. Source Address Enter the IP address range of the computer that initializes traffic for the application or Range service. The NBG applies bandwidth management to traffic initiating from this computer. Source Port Range This is the port number of the source that define the traffic type, for example TCP port 80 defines web traffic. Protocol Select the protocol (TCP, UDP) for which the bandwidth management rule applies. Apply Click Apply to save your customized settings. Cancel Click Cancel to exit this screen without saving.
