This plug-in application for Cisco CallManager enables you to perform batch operations, including registration, on multiple phones. To add phones using BAT only (not in conjunction with TAPS), you first must obtain the appropriate MAC address for each phone. Determining the MAC Address of a Cisco IP Phone When adding phones to the Cisco CallManager database using Cisco CallManager Administration or using BAT, you must enter the media access control (MAC) address of the phone.
