Installing the Cisco Wireless IP Phone 7920 Chapter 3 Setting Up Cisco Wireless IP Phones Step 3 If the phone is turned on, the battery indicator bar blinks, displaying the current power level. When the battery is charged, the indicator bar stops blinking, and "Charging Complete" displays. When the battery is fully charged, you can disconnect the charger from the phone, and unplug the power cord from the AC wall outlet.
