Beeps 6 7 8 Possible Cause Pre-video graphics error. System board failure (ROM detected failure prior to video). Invalid ROM based on bad checksum. Recommended Action For systems with a graphics card: Reseat the graphics card. Power on the system. Replace the graphics card. Replace the system board. For systems with integrated graphics, replace the system board. Replace the system board. Reflash the ROM using a ROMPaq diskette.
