Probable Cause User must enable Trunk Area on a port for another port to use the same area. Recommended Action The user has to move the cable to a port area that is not in use, or the user must disable Trunk Area. Probable Cause
User must enable Trunk Area on a port for another port to use the same area.

Action
The user has to move the cable to a port area that is not in use, or the user must disable Trunk
Area. The user has to manually enable the port else the port remains disabled forever.

<Area that does not match Master port's area> does not match Master port <Master
port>. Persistently disabling port <Port that is being disabled>.
Probable Cause
The Slave port's Trunk Area differs with that of the Master port.
Recommended
Action
The user has to move the cable to a port to match with the same Master Trunk Area, or the user
must disable Trunk Area. The user has to manually enable the port else the port remains disabled
forever.

FABR-1036
Message
<timestamp>, [FABR-1036], <sequence-number>, INFO, <system-name>, F_port trunks
are only allowed on Trunk Area enabled port. Persistently disabling port <Port
that is being disabled>.
Probable Cause
When port on Switch is Trunk Area enabled it does not allow other devices like AG or HBA that are
not Trunk Area enabled.
Recommended
Action
Move cable to a port that does not have Trunk Area enabled.
