Scanning Starting and Exiting FilmGet FAU This topic explains the procedures for the Windows platform. For Macintosh, see p. 25. Starting FilmGet FAU Start FilmGet FAU from within a TWAIN-compliant application program. Adobe Photoshop 5.0 LE is used in the example below. 1. Start Adobe Photoshop 5.0 LE. • If you are using a different TWAIN-compliant application program, start that program. 2. Click the [File] menu and select [Import] and [Select TWAIN_32 Source...]. 3. The Select Source dialog will display. Select [Canon FilmGet FAU 1.0 for Windows] from the list and click the [Select] button. WARNING • The third step selects the scanning device. Starting FilmGet FAU
Start FilmGet FAU from within a TWAIN-compliant application
program. Adobe Photoshop 5.0 LE is used in the example below.
1.
Start Adobe Photoshop 5.0 LE.

If you are using a different TWAIN-compliant application program,
start that program.
2.
Click the [File] menu and select [Import] and
[Select TWAIN_32 Source...].
3.
The Select Source dialog will display. Select
[Canon FilmGet FAU 1.0 for Windows] from the list
and click the [Select] button.
