21. If you are installing the management agents (recommended), two additional components are required, which must be installed in the following order: a. SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol)-This component is installed as follows: • Open the Windows Components Wizard (see Figure 4-11). Select Management and Monitoring Tools, and click Details.
