Use Present Expiration Time to specify the amount of time you want the switch to wait to receive a query on an interface before removing it from the list of interfaces with multicast routers attached. Enter a value between 0 and 3600 seconds. The default is 0 seconds. A value of zero indicates an infinite time-out, i.e. no expiration. 6. Use Fast Leave Admin mode to select the Fast Leave mode for the a particular interface from the pull-down menu. The default is disable. 7. Click CANCEL to cancel the configuration on the screen and reset the data on the screen to the latest value of the switch. 8. If you make any configuration changes, click APPLY to apply the new settings to the switch. Configuration changes take effect immediately. IGMP VLAN Configuration Use the IGMP Snooping VLAN Configuration page to configure IGMP snooping settings for VLANs on the system. To access the IGMP Snooping VLAN Configuration page, click Switching Multicast  IGMP Snooping  IGMP VLAN Configuration. To configure IGMP snooping settings for VLANs: 1. To enable IGMP snooping on a VLAN, enter the VLAN ID in the appropriate field and configure the IGMP Snooping values: • Use Admin Mode to enable or disable IGMP Snooping for the specified VLAN ID. • Use Fast Leave Admin Mode to enable or disable the IGMP Snooping Fast Leave Mode for the specified VLAN ID. • Use Group Membership Interval to set the value for group membership interval of IGMP Snooping for the specified VLAN ID. Valid range is (Maximum Response Time + 1) to 3600 seconds. • Use Maximum Response Time to set the value for maximum response time of IGMP Snooping for the specified VLAN ID. Valid range is 1 to (Group Membership Interval 1). Its value should be greater than group membership interval value. • Use Multicast Router Expiry Time to set the value for multicast router expiry time of IGMP Snooping for the specified VLAN ID. Valid range is 0 to 3600 seconds. 2. Click CANCEL to cancel the configuration on the screen and reset the data on the screen to the latest value of the switch. 133

Use
Present Expiration Time

mode to select the Fast Leave mode for the a particular interface
from the pull-down menu. The default is disable.

Click
CANCEL
to cancel the configuration on the screen and reset the data on the screen to
the latest value of the switch.
8.
If you make any configuration changes, click
APPLY
to apply the new settings to the switch.
Configuration changes take effect immediately.
IGMP VLAN Configuration
Use the IGMP Snooping VLAN Configuration page to configure IGMP snooping settings for
VLANs on the system.
To access the IGMP Snooping VLAN Configuration page, click

To configure IGMP snooping settings for VLANs:
1.
To enable IGMP snooping on a VLAN, enter the VLAN ID in the appropriate field and
configure the IGMP Snooping values:
Use
Admin Mode
to enable or disable IGMP Snooping for the specified VLAN ID.
Use
Fast Leave Admin Mode
to enable or disable the IGMP Snooping Fast Leave
Mode for the specified VLAN ID.
Use
Group Membership Interval
to set the value for group membership interval of
IGMP Snooping for the specified VLAN ID. Valid range is (Maximum Response Time
+ 1) to 3600 seconds.
Use
Maximum Response Time
to set the value for maximum response time of IGMP
Snooping for the specified VLAN ID. Valid range is 1 to (Group Membership Interval -
1). Its value should be greater than group membership interval value.
Use
Multicast Router Expiry Time
to set the value for multicast router expiry time of
IGMP Snooping for the specified VLAN ID. Valid range is 0 to 3600 seconds.
