Web Management User Guide The packet filtering direction for ACL is Inbound, which means the MAC ACL rules are applied to traffic entering the port. 2. Specify an optional sequence number to indicate the order of this access list relative to other access lists already assigned to this interface and direction. A low number indicates high precedence order. If a sequence number is already in use for this interface and direction, the specified access list replaces the currently attached access list using that sequence number. If the sequence number is not specified by the user, a sequence number that is one greater than the highest sequence number currently in use for this interface and direction will be used. The valid range is 1-4294967295. 3. Click the appropriate orange bar to expose the available ports or LAGs. The Port Selection Table provides a list of all available valid interfaces for ACL binding. All non-routing physical interfaces, vlan interface and interfaces participating in LAGs are listed. • To add the selected ACL to a port or LAG, click the box directly below the port or LAG number so that an X appears in the box. • To remove the selected ACL from a port or LAG, click the box directly below the port or LAG number to clear the selection. An X in the box indicates that the ACL is applied to the interface. 4. Click CANCEL to cancel the configuration on the screen and reset the data on the screen to the latest value of the switch. 5. Click APPLY to save any changes to the running configuration. MAC Binding Table Use the MAC Binding Table page to view or delete the MAC ACL bindings. To display the MAC Binding Table, click Security  ACL> Basic  Binding Table. The following table describes the information displayed in the MAC Binding Table. To delete a MAC ACL-to-interface binding, select the check box next to the interface and click DELETE. Field Interface Direction Description Displays the interface of the ACL assigned. Displays selected packet filtering direction for ACL. 293

Web Management User Guide
The packet filtering direction for ACL is Inbound, which means the MAC ACL rules are
applied to traffic entering the port.
2.
Specify an optional sequence number to indicate the order of this access list relative to other
access lists already assigned to this interface and direction.
A low number indicates high precedence order. If a sequence number is already in use
for this interface and direction, the specified access list replaces the currently attached
access list using that sequence number. If the sequence number is not specified by the
user, a sequence number that is one greater than the highest sequence number currently
in use for this interface and direction will be used. The valid range is 1–4294967295.
3.
Click the appropriate orange bar to expose the available ports or LAGs. The Port Selection
Table provides a list of all available valid interfaces for ACL binding. All non-routing physical
interfaces, vlan interface and interfaces participating in LAGs are listed.
To add the selected ACL to a port or LAG, click the box directly below the port or LAG
number so that an X appears in the box.
To remove the selected ACL from a port or LAG, click the box directly below the port
or LAG number to clear the selection. An X in the box indicates that the ACL is
applied to the interface.
4.
Click
CANCEL
to cancel the configuration on the screen and reset the data on the screen to
the latest value of the switch.
5.
Click
APPLY
to save any changes to the running configuration.
