4. Grasp the two handles that are on the sides of the duplexer. Figure 6-171 Remove the duplexer (2 of 2) 5. Lift the duplexer up to release two underside catches, and then remove it. Fuser assembly WARNING! The fuser assembly might be hot. 1. Remove the output device, and remove the duplexer. See Duplexer on page 255. 2. Open the left door. 3. Rotate the two blue locking tabs (callout 1) toward each other and downward to release them. NOTE: Do not release the T-shaped envelope levers (callout 2).
