Configure the tray when loading media. 1. Load media into the tray. 2. If the tray configuration message displays, touch OK to accept the detected size, or touch Modify to choose a different size. 3. If you selected Modify, select a size and a paper type. NOTE: The product detects most media sizes for Tray 2, 3, and 4. 4. Touch Exit. Configure the tray using the control-panel touch screen. 1. Scroll to touch Supplies Status. 2. Touch to select the desired tray. 3. Touch Modify. 4. Select the size and type that you want.
