FAX Operation (Advanced) Forward Settings FAX/i-FAX > Common > RX/Forward Requirements > General Specify the forward settings. The settings available on the Forward page are shown below. Item Description Off Disables the forwarding process. Received faxes are printed on paper as in normal operation. 4 Use Requirements List Executes the forwarding process according to the specified conditions. (For the setting procedure, refer to Print Settings on page 4-34.) All Executes the forwarding process without specifying conditions. All received faxes are processed in the same way. However, the process of saving them in a FAX box cannot be selected. (For the setting procedure, refer to Print Settings on page 4-34.) After completing the settings, click Submit to save the settings. Forward Settings FAX/i-FAX > Common > RX/Forward Requirements > Requirement List > Add Specify the Requirement List settings. The settings available on the Requirement List -Add page are shown below. Item Requirement Number Name Status Activating Time Enable Time File Name Additional Information Add Sender Information Description Enter a number that identifies the condition set. Give the condition set here an easily recognizable name. Specify whether to enable or disable the condition. Specifies whether a time is specified. Registers times when the specified requirements are enabled or disabled. You can register any time between 00:00 and 23:59. Sets the name of the file created when a fax is forwarded. Appends information such as the date/time, job number and destination address to the file name. Sets the position appended in the additional information. The additional information consists of the local FAX number for a FAX transmission and the e-mail address of this machine in the case of an i-FAX transmission. 4-33
