FAX Operation (Advanced) FAX Box Settings FAX/i-FAX > Common > RX/Forward Requirements > Requirement List > Add > Save to FAX Box Use this page to select forwarding destinations. The settings available on the Forward page are shown below. Item Name Status Save to FAX Box Box Name Description Displays the condition name. Displays whether the condition is currently used. Specifies whether to save faxes in a FAX box. Specifies the FAX box to be used. After completing the settings, click Submit to save the settings. Editing Destinations FAX/i-FAX > Common > RX/Forward Requirements > Requirement List > Add > Forward > Add Use this page to edit destinations. The settings available on the Forward - Edit page are shown below. Item Address Type Description Select the destination type. • E-mail • SMB • FTP • FAX • i-FAX If you selected E-mail as the destination type, specify the settings below. • E-mail If you selected SMB or FTP as the destination type, specify the settings below. • Host Name • Port number • Path • Login User Name • Login Password 4-36
