Restriction of use function When you have enabled job accounting, you need to enter an Account ID when performing the following operations. • Normal transmission • Delayed transmission • Broadcast transmission • Sub address transmission • Output from FAX Box • Encrypted transmission • Manual send when dialed from this machine to the receiving system • Polling transmission • Network FAX transmission* • i-FAX Transmission • Transmission from the document box * Destinations include FAX and i-FAX destinations. IMPORTANT: You can use 'Make a call', 'Checking FAX Job History' and 'Communication Control Report Output' functions without entering an Account ID or Administrator No. When job accounting has been enabled, batch transmission function works only for communication to be performed for the same Account ID. The communication to be performed with a different Account ID is not conducted as a batch transmission. Normally, the Local FAX Name is printed in the transmit terminal identification (TTI). However, when job accounting is enabled and an Account ID is entered when a fax is sent, you can enable a setting to have the Account Name or Local FAX Name, whichever was selected, be printed. IMPORTANT:
You can use ‘Make a call’, ‘Checking FAX Job History’ and ‘Communication Control Report
Output’ functions without entering an Account ID or Administrator No.
