Note: This port makes it possible to copy files from a USB hard drive to the device and vice-versa using the Copy Manager feature. Reset button Press to restore the admin user name and password for the device. Power port Connects the device to an AC adapter and the power outlet. Reset Button The reset button restores configuration settings such as the network mode/IP address and admin name and password to default factory settings without erasing shared folders and volumes. Reset Button
The reset button restores configuration settings such as the network mode/IP
address and admin name and password to default factory settings without erasing
shared folders and volumes. For more information on how to reset the system, see
“Resetting the My Book World Edition” on page 173.
