Opening and Closing the System 1 2 3 1 latch 3 cover 2 latch release lock Closing the System 1 Place the cover onto the chassis and offset it slightly toward the back of the system, so that the slots on the sides of the cover fit into the corresponding hooks on the sides of the chassis. See Figure 3-3. NOTE: To close the system properly, ensure that the tabs on the cooling shroud are seated in the slots on the chassis. See Figure 3-9. 2 Slide the cover toward the front of the chassis till it snaps in position. 3 Push down the latch to secure the cover into the closed position. 4 Rotate the latch release lock in a clockwise direction to secure the cover. 5 Reconnect the system to its electrical outlet and turn the system on, including any attached peripherals.
