Transporting the Projector The projector contains many glass and precision parts. If you need to transport it, follow these packing guidelines to prevent damage to the projector: ■ When shipping the projector for repairs, use the original packaging material if possible. If you do not have the original packaging, use equivalent materials, placing plenty of cushioning around the projector. ■ When transporting the projector a long distance, first put it in a carrying case (such as an optional EPSON case), then pack it in a firm box, using cushioning around the case. When storing the projector, follow these guidelines: ■ To avoid damage, make sure the 802.11b card is removed from the card slot before placing the projector in a box or carrying case. ■ Also make sure the button next to the card slot is pressed in before storing the projector. note EPSON shall not be liable for any damages incurred during transportation.
