You can enable users and group objects to be members of the role, giving each the rights granted by the role. Use the Lights-Out Management tab (Figure 48) to manage rights. Server Reset and Power This option enables users to issue iLO 3 power operations to remotely power on, power off, or reset the host platform, as well as configure the system power restore policy.
