show host-parameters Description Shows information about host ports in both controllers. This command shows the same information as the show ports command. Syntax show host-parameters [detail] Parameters detail Optional. This parameter shows additional detail about the port status, including SFP information. Output Ports Controller ID and port number Media • FC(L): Fibre Channel-Arbitrated Loop (public or private) • FC(P): Fibre Channel Point-to-Point • FC(-): Fibre Channel disconnected • iSCSI: Internet SCSI Target ID Port WWN or IQN Status • Up: The port is cabled and has an I/O link. • Warning: Not all of the port's PHYs are up. • Not Present: The controller module is not installed or is down. • Disconnected: Either no I/O link is detected or the port is not cabled. Speed (A) Actual link speed in Gbit/s. Blank if not applicable. Speed (C) Configured host-port link speed. • FC: Auto, 8Gb, 4Gb, or 2Gb (Gbit/s) • iSCSI: Auto • Blank if not applicable Health • OK • Degraded • Fault • N/A Health Reason If Health is not OK, this field shows the reason for the health state. Health Recommendation If Health is not OK, this field shows recommended actions to take to resolve the health issue. Topo (C) FC only. Configured topology. PID FC only. If the detail parameter is specified, this field is shown. If the port is using loop topology and the port status is Up, this field shows the primary loop ID. If the port is not using loop topology or the port status is not Up, this field shows N/A. 240
