Print-Quality Troubleshooting Incomplete Image Transfer Troubleshooting Procedure (Continued) Step Questions and Actions Yes 4 Check and clean the Drum Maintenance Kit Complete. wiper blade. Replace the kit if necessary. Did this correct the problem? 5 1. Test the Drum Temperature Sensor with Complete. Service Diagnostics. 2. Check that the Drum Termperature Sensor is clean and properly positioned. Did this correct the problem? 6 Is the incomplete image on the left and right Complete. sides, but fine through the center? This indicates incomplete transfix cam rotation. Check for a damaged Transfix Camshaft or a malfunction of the Process Drive, replace any defective parts. Did this correct the problem? 7 Test the Preheater temperature. Does the Preheater operate within the normal operating range? Replace the Preheater if necessary. Did this correct the problem?
