2,0XX.4x Errors - I/O Circuit Board Fault Error Messages and Codes 2,001.47: The print engine cannot detect the presence of the I/O Board. Troubleshooting Procedure for I/O Board Step Questions or Actions 1 Are all I/O Board connections properly seated? 2 Reseat the connections and power On the printer. Does the error persist? 3 Test the wiring from I/O board J840 to the power control board J800. Yes No Go to Step 3. Go to Step 2. Go to Step 3. Complete.
