Chapter 7 Network Address Translation (NAT) Screens The following table describes the labels in this screen. Table 25 Advanced Setup > NAT > Port Triggering LABEL DESCRIPTION Add Click this button to go to a screen where you can configure a new entry. Remove To remove an entry(ies), select its Remove check box and click the Remove button. Application Name for identification purposes. Trigger The trigger port is a protocol and port (or a range of ports) that causes (or triggers) the ZyXEL Device to record the IP address of the LAN computer that sent the traffic to a server on the WAN. Open Open is a port (or a range of ports) that a server on the WAN uses when it sends out a particular service. The ZyXEL Device forwards the traffic with this port (or range of ports) to the client computer on the LAN that requested the service. 7.5 Port Triggering Add Click Advanced Setup > NAT > Port Triggering > Add to open the following screen.
