Search function If you wish to search for a specific word in the text of a file without having to reread the entire text, you may use the search function. Your typewriter will perform the task for you, checking the entire text from the cursor position to the end of the file. Press the CODE + SEARCH keys (CODE + 7). The display will ask you for a word to search for.
