Click [Start] on the Windows task bar → [Settings] → [Printers] → double-click the icon of the printer you installed. 2. Delete the print job. - For deleting all the print jobs: - Click [Printer] → [Purge Print Documents]. - For the specified job: - Right-click the print job you want to delete → [Cancel Printing]. Indicators off and display blank. Q Is the main power switch turned on? A Check the main power switch to ensure that the machine is turned on. Q Is the power cord plugged in securely? A Change the paper in the selected drawer to the paper size you have set in the application software (or to the size you have set for enlarging/reducing copy). Then print it again.
