To see the list of the current settings, print out USER'S DATA LIST. ˙ Printing USER'S DATA LIST 1. Press (Additional Functions). 2. Press [Report Settings]. 3. Press [Print List]. 4. Press [User's Data List]. 5. Press [Yes]. ˙ Accessing the Additional Functions Menu - If User ID Management is set to [On], users whose user type is registered as "User" (end user) cannot change the System Manager Settings even if there are no System Manager ID and System Password set. - If User ID Management is set to [On], users whose user type is registered as "Administrator" can change the System Manager Settings by entering the System Manager ID and System Password, or registering the System Manager ID and System Password as their user information in advance. - Settings specified from the Additional Functions screen are never changed when you press (Reset). 1.
