DATE FORMAT TIME TIME FORMAT 1 to 100 Specifies the number of quick copy jobs that can be stored on the device. The default setting is 32. OFF 1 HOUR 4 HOURS Sets the amount of time that held jobs are kept before being automatically deleted from the queue. The default setting is OFF. 1 DAY 1 WEEK AUTO OFF Defines whether or not the IP address will be shown on the display if the device is connected to a network. If AUTO is selected the IP Address of the device appears with the Ready message. The default setting is AUTO. USE REQUESTED TRAY USE REQUESTED TRAY: Determines whether the device tries to pull media from a different tray than the one that you MANUALLY FEED PROMPT selected in the printer driver. PS DEFER MEDIA SIZE/TYPE PROMPT ● EXCLUSIVELY: Sets the device to pull from the tray that you selected and not pull from another tray, even if the tray that you selected is empty. ● FIRST: Sets the device to pull from the tray that you selected first, but allows the device to pull from another tray automatically if the tray that you selected is empty.
