GETTING STARTED WITH WINDOWS CE Microsoft Windows CE on the HP Palmtop PC is very much like Microsoft Windows 95 or Windows NT 4.0 on a desktop PC. Windows CE screens include familiar elements like the Start button, desktop, taskbar, menu bars, toolbars, and shortcuts. The Start Button and Start Menu Tap the Start button in the lower left corner of the screen or press the (Windows) key on the keyboard to bring up the Start menu. The Start menu is your gateway to the programs, documents, and utilities on the HP Palmtop PC.
