2. Open the printer window. 3. Cut the substrate where it enters the printer, and rewind the input roll. 4. Try to move the printhead carriage out of the way. 5. Lift the substrate pinch lever as far up as it will go. 6. Carefully remove as much as possible of the jammed substrate from the top of the printer. Cut the substrate if necessary.
