● If you have moved the movable elements to the correct places, and the printer does not detect it, it may be that one of the sensors is not working correctly. In that case, a service engineer should repair it. To avoid stopping the printer, there is a skip-step button. When you tap this button, a message warns you that an element is not in the correct position, and that the element could be damaged as a result. You can print, but any resulting damage is your own responsibility. Call a service engineer as soon as possible to repair the sensor. ● The screw that fixes the position of the movable printhead pocket should always be tightened with the tool attached to the carriage. You should tighten the screw until you hear the tool click. The positioning screw is shown below. ● The cap is used to allow the recirculation of white ink. If the cap is not correctly inserted, the printer will detect it after restarting and a warning will appear. ● The white printhead should be removed and stored when it will not be used for long periods of time (during the night or at the weekend). If you are printing with white configuration and the next day you want to print with white again, you should remove the white printhead and put it on the rotating wheel. The cap should be put on the white FI tower to allow the recirculation of white ink. It is not necessary to reinsert the CK printhead.
