Static electricity Some substrates have high electrostatic charges because of their liners, and they attract aerosol and dirt while printing. In this case, it helps to clean the substrate with a general-purpose industrial cleaner (such as Simple Green) before printing. Dual-side marks You may see marks on some substrates when printing on the other side. This can be due to dirt on the substrate path or a small curing margin. If the problem persists after cleaning, try the following suggestions: 1. Increase the amount of overcoat. 2. Increase the curing temperature. 3. Decrease the amount of ink. 4.
