To perform a hard cleaning routine, go to the Internal Print Server and tap Printheads replace > Hard clean, select the printhead(s) to clean, and tap the Clean button. Sometimes, when the printhead fails to respond to treatment, running the hard-clean routine twice helps to recover its performance.
