If you see aeroworms, here are some tips for solving the problem: ● Increase the number of passes. ● Reduce the ink density. ● Check that the aerosol filters are not saturated or broken (see Replace the aerosol filters on page 102). Banding in white-ink applications You may see periodic horizontal bands formed of a lighter band and a consecutive darker band. Try the following: ● Align the printheads. ● Check the substrate advance. ● Check and clean the printheads. ● Change the drying settings. See Edit a substrate preset on page 76. Image content-dependent banding This consists of a color variation that appears in some color area fills that contain cyan. Here are some tips for solving this problem: ● Rotate the image before printing. ● Reduce the ink density. ● Increase the number of passes.
