Minor errors in the substrate-axis direction An error of less than 5 mm in the substrate-axis direction is regarded as minor. These are the possibilities: ● The positioning screw has not been fully tightened. Proceed as follows: 1. Check that the printhead pocket can be moved slightly by hand. 2. Tighten the positioning screw with the tool stored in the carriage until you feel and hear a click in the tool. ● The alignment of B2 and C2 values is different each time the verification plot is printed. Proceed as follows: 1. Tighten the positioning screw with the tool stored in the carriage until you feel and hear a click in the tool. 2. Print a verification plot and note the B2 and C2 values. 3. Release the positioning screw, move to another position, then return to the original position. 4. Tighten the positioning screw with the tool stored in the carriage until you feel and hear a click in the tool. 5. Print a verification plot and note the B2 and C2 values. 6.
